Creating a reward group.
Everything starts in the admin under Marketing › Cart Rewards. Here is the overview; in detail, field by field, under Setup.

Create a reward group
In the admin, go to Marketing › Cart Rewards and click "Add reward group".
Set the visibility
The visibility card holds two optional fields: a sales channel and a rule from the Rule Builder.
Add the rewards
In the rewards tab click "Add reward".
Set the minimum cart value
The threshold belongs to the reward, as a real Shopware price field with gross and net.
Check it in the shop
Open the cart and look at the group: bar, tiers, tiles.
Where the information comes from.
The field lists match the forms of the plugin in the admin, the help texts come verbatim from its configuration. Figures like "€24.80" or "stock 49" belong to a worked example. Where a statement comes from the source code, the file is named. None of it is copied from the store description.

Welcome gift
Without a minimum order value: whoever reaches the cart may pick something.
First order gift
A tea caddy or a 10% new customer discount, first order only.
Loyalty tiers
Three tiers up to €1,000, each with a more valuable gift.
Discount tiers
Discounts only, percentage and fixed mixed, from €150.
Free samples
One free sample of choice per tier reached, from €25.
Free accessory
The milk jug only with the espresso machine, the rule sits on the reward.
Black Friday
A four-day campaign, limited by the date range in the Rule Builder.
For one customer group only
The gift exists for retailers only, the rule sits on the group.
Seasonal campaign
Summer and winter in two groups, each with its own date range.
