Measured on test order 10000 in the demo shop: the gift appeared at €0.00 with an empty tax column, the 5% discount with 19% and −€24.80.
One group may hold all of it.
The welcome group of the demo shop shows it: a product without a minimum, a percentage discount without a minimum and a fixed discount from €50. The customer takes one of them.

- A rule per reward is possible
- Besides the rule on the group, every single reward can carry a rule of its own. If it does not match, the tile is missing.
- An active switch per reward
- A reward can be switched off without deleting it. The same goes for the whole group.
