| Total | €471.15 |
Total without VAT €395.92, on top 19% equals €75.23. That is how order 10000 looked in the admin.
After the order the gifted variant SWDEMO10005.2 was listed in the admin with sales 1 and stock 49. Its sibling variant of the same size in white stayed unchanged at 0 and 50. So to Shopware a free product is a sale with everything that entails: stock reduction, sales counter, a real product number in the ERP.
What follows from that. Gifts belong in your stock planning. If a gift is not available, the tile disappears by itself, but stock is only accounted for once it exists.
