Reward group
Every field of a reward group, card by card.
- Reward product, free gift, bonus product
- Other words for the same thing. In Shopware 5 a gifted product was called a reward product or free product, and some say bonus product, freebie or free gift. Shopware 6 says product for everything, which is why a reward means the entry here and free product means what the customer gets. There is a page of its own about it: reward products in Shopware 6.
- Reward group
- The container for rewards. It carries a name, a description, a position and optionally a sales channel and a rule. In the admin it lives under Marketing › Cart rewards.
- Reward
- An entry in a group: either a product from the catalogue or a discount. Every reward has its own minimum cart value.
- Minimum cart value
- The threshold from which a reward is unlocked. A price field with gross and net, maintainable per currency; zero means no minimum.
- Goods value
- The sum of all items in the cart without the rewards. Every threshold is checked against this value, not against the total including shipping.
- Cart value tier
- All rewards sharing a threshold form one tier. On the bar that is one dot, and in the mode "one per tier" there is one reward for it.
- Selection mode
- The setting that determines how many rewards add up: one per group, one per tier or one in total.
- Automatic reward selection
- The setting with which the shop adds rewards to the cart by itself: off, only the first reached or all reached.
- Progress bar
- The bar above the tiles. It shows every tier of the group as a dot and below it the remainder to the next tier.
- Offcanvas cart
- The small cart that slides in from the side when something is added. Shopware calls it that; the rewards appear there too if you want.
- Rule Builder
- The rule toolbox of Shopware under Settings › Rules. A rule can sit on the group or on a single reward, for instance customer group or date range.
- Line item type
- Shopware distinguishes items by type. A free product is a product item, a reward discount is a type of its own belonging to the plugin.
- In-app purchase
- The plan booked in the Shopware Store that sets the number of allowed rewards: free one, Lite three, Basic ten, Pro unlimited.
